Letter testimony

I am writing to congratulate you and your staff on the professional manner in which you responded to my request to clear my mother’s house. The van arrived early in the morning, it was clean, the men smartly and properly dressed in company logo work clothes, extremely polite, co-operative and competent. The clearance and associated removals of furniture to two of my sisters’ houses (80 miles apart) was done in the day, even though this meant the men did not get back to their homes until 10pm that night. I consider this to be worthy of a special thank you so I have taken the time to write this note of appreciation.
