House Clearance Wandsworth

Abacus House Clearance was called and appointed this week by a couple for a house clearance in Wandsworth. The husband was thriving in his job and was offered a promotion in his role that was too good to turn down. As it was too far for him to commute on a daily basis, the couple decided to relocate and move further north, where the job was based.

The couple had an offer accepted for a 3 bedroom detached house, and then were in need of a house clearance in Wandsworth. Moving into a new home, they decided to replace their old furniture with brand-new furniture.

When Abacus received the call for a house clearance in Wandsworth, the couple told the team that they planned to replace their furniture and home decor. Their personal belongings had already been packed up and were ready to be moved to the new house. The contents that remained in the house were eligible for disposal, and this is where Abacus stepped in.

The Abacus team arrived at the 2 bedroom semi-detached house in South London, and started to clear the remaining unwanted goods. Although there was a lot of items taken from house, there was still large pieces of furniture such as the sofas, bed, dining table and bedroom furniture.

We removed these large items from the house and put them into the van for disposal. Once the van was full of items, it was sent to the local recycling centre. This house clearance took Abacus around 3 hours to complete, and was not a difficult job for the team.
