Several days ago, Abacus House Clearance were called to a house clearance in Merton. The landlord urgently needed our services as he needed to prepare the property for a potential viewing. Painters and decorators were due in the following days, and any unwanted furniture needed to be cleared away as soon as possible. We were able to arrange a date and time to suit the landlord, and we arrived on time and ready to begin.

The 2 bedroom property had previously been occupied by a small family with 2 children, and they had left behind all the furniture that they no longer wanted. Instead of struggling by himself, the landlord called us to help after reading hundreds of fantastic reviews and knowing that we can complete the job in a few short hours.

We were able to call a second van without any difficulties, and we set to work on loading the heaviest items on to the van first. We loaded seats, cabinets, tables, a bed, sideboards, children’s nursery furniture, and some clutter that had also been left behind including rubbish, toys, electrical items, and paperwork.
