House Clearance Cleethorpes

Abacus House Clearance was appointed to clear a cluttered three-bedroom, semi-detached house in Cleethorpes, Lincolnshire, as well as the outhouse and garden shed.

This was a streetside, red-brick house, which was quite heavily cluttered. A large amount of junk was scattered around on floors and surfaces.

Our house clearance team of three removed a three-seater, two armchairs, dining table and chairs, two dressers and a variety of loose items from the sitting/dining-room.

In the kitchen, we cleared kitchenware from tops and cupboards, removed any rotten food from the fridge/freezer and from cupboards, then disconnected and removed the washing-machine, cooker and fridge/freezer.

There was a large amount of unwanted items in the bedrooms, including files and books, on shelving and on the floor. Our house clearance team also removed beds and mattresses, clothing and bedding, bedside tables, and a big assortment of junk.

They we cleared the outhouse, which contained an old washing-machine, a lawn mower, and a lot of rubbish, and the garden shed which had the usual tools as well as a small heater.

Our Lincolnshire house-clearance team took the junk to the local recycling centre, and packed and delivered to a charity outlet any items that were suitable for reselling.

This heavily cluttered property took just under five hours to clear.
