Cluttered House Clearance Chelmsford
Abacus House Clearance was asked to clear and clean a two-bedroom cottage in Essex which had been lived in by the customer’s relative.
Our team removed a three-piece suite from the sitting-room, as well as side tables and some containers and bags containing rubbish.
Our house clearance team then cleared the kitchen of a table and chairs, utensils, kitchenware and some junk, and removed any rotten food from the fridge/freezer and from cupboards. We also disconnected and removed the washing-machine, cooker and fridge/freezer.
In the bedrooms, our house clearance team cleared a lot of clothes, bedding, books and an assortment of loose items, as well as beds, mattresses and three wardrobes.
Finally, we cleaned the house throughout. In all, our team took just three hours to complete the job.
Our Essex house-clearance team then took the junk to the local recycling centre, and packed and delivered to charity outlets any reusable items.
The customer wrote kindly to us afterwards, saying that the team had been “kind, cheerful and extremely efficient in their work”, adding that the pricing had been “fair and commensurate with the task”.
We particularly appreciate the comment on the teams’ kindness, cheerfulness and efficiency. After all, they could have been kind but morose or inefficient, cheerful but slapdash, or professional but cold and insensitive.
The combination of being sensitive, cheerful and efficient is exactly what we aim for, particularly when we are clearing a house for a customer who has been recently bereaved.
We are here to make your house clearance as hassle free as possible. Whether you live in a bungalow, rent a flat, or own a house, our friendly team of uniformed staff are here to help.
