House Clearance Barnet

We were appointed to pick up the keys from an Estate Agents to clear a 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Barnet London. The house had already been cleared of all personal effects, ornaments and small items, all that was left for us to do was clear the larger furniture items, white goods and a few bits and bobs, the house was very clean throughout, therefore it did not take long to load our van. Our client told us that the family had spent weeks clearing out the property, back and forth the local council waste station taking car loads at a time but had hit a stumbling block to clear the larger items, they had been let down twice before from two different man and van companies who had made arrangements to come and carry out the clearance and decided to call us. The job was completed in under 1.5 hours.

Sadly all of the contents were either too old, damaged or did not meet fire safety regulations to donate to charity, so we took the full contents of the van to a recycling station in Barnet where they will be recycled and the materials will be sorted and reused which meant that the clearance was 100% environmentally friendly.
