House Clearance Greenwich

We were instructed to clear a 2 bedroom semi-detached house in Greenwich London by a lady who had rented out the property to a family for a number of years, whilst the family had not caused her any trouble she was at a stage where she needed to sell the property for funds, she told us that she helped the family find another property to rent in Greenwich through a letting agents in Greenwich she knew and was happy to give them references to move on. We also had to clear the garden shed and some garden rubbish that the family were not able to clear before leaving the property. The job was completed in under 3 hours.

Sadly there was nothing in the property that we could see that would be worth donating to charity, soft furnishings did not have fire labels and white goods were broken and damaged. The wardrobes were very big but we flat packed them to ensure we could fit everything in one load for our customer, we finished loading our van and dropped off the keys at an estate agents in Greenwich as instructed by our client then set off to a recycling station in Greenwich which we have used many times before.
