The whole experience of dealing with Abacus has from start to finish been one of efficiency,friendliness and compassion.The team arrived early started work straight away and worked doggedly throughout the day to ensure the job was done in one day.Adam and his team worked withquiet efficiency even apologising about the number of trips to the recycling centre they had to make.If I needed house clearance again I would definiteley use Abacus again and would`nt hesitate in recommending them to anyone else.

I was very pleased with the job Adam and his team did for me yesterday, clearing my late father's property. They arrived early and worked hard from the moment they got there, moving heavy furniture, emptying cupboards and bagging up rubbish. I was amazed at how quickly they worked, and they were very pleasant and polite throughout. I recommend them if you need a house clearance done.

The team, lead by Adam, arrived nice & earlier than planned to clear my late father's property, which was a pleasant surprise. The guys worked hard for the day, clearing items from the house, garage & sheds that I thought they would be unable to take, and pointing out items of value that I should keep hold of. Also helped in saving personal items inadvertently caught up in the clearance, such as the odd photo or piece of jewellery found. The rates charged for clearing the house were very reasonable, especially when you consider how much stuff was removed from the property and garden, etc. Honest, hardworking and totally trustworthy. They made a tough day far more bearable and I can't recommend them enough. A 5 star act. Book with total confidence.

I chose Abacus because on their website they stated they cleared mansions and that no job was too big or too small. Believe me clearing Houghton Hall was going to be a monumental task given the number of rooms filled with old junk.I invited them to come and have a look around hoping they would say “yes, we’ll do it”, as others I had called all said no or quoted ridiculous prices. Thankfully Abacus said yes and at a most reasonable price too.They asked for 2 weeks maximum to clear the Hall and for permission to stay on the premises with their caravan so they could save on travel expenses and time, as well as having permission to hire large yard skips. Having agreed on all the details I pretty much left them to get on with their business.What unfolded was astonishing. To witness the clearance of all those rooms and all that rubbish in 10 days was amazing. I thought their 2 week estimate was rather optimistic myself, but they did indeed complete the job on time, just like they promised.I can’t thank them enough. A splendid job from very amiable guys who were both friendly and courteous to myself and my family at all times. Abacus were highly organised, professional and expertly got the job done. I recommend them 100%
