Tipton House Clearance Requirements
We were called earlier this week by a woman who wanted us to clear out her mother’s house in Tipton as she had just moved into a care home. She told us that her mother had taken all of her personal items with her and so everything that was left in the house was to be cleared and to take whatever we could to local charities in Tipton.
House Clearance Overview
We arrived at the flat at 9am, keen to get started straight away. We had picked the keys up from our client earlier that morning, so we let ourselves in and assessed the property. The house was quite small and each room had a few items of furniture in it. There were also a fair amount of clothes, books and bric a brac throughout the property, so we began by packing all of these items into packing boxes to take to a local charity shop in Tipton later in the day. After packing up all of these items and putting them into our Luton van, we got started on moving all of the furniture throughout the house. All of the furniture in the house was in good condition so we decided that it could all go to the charity shop as well, several of the items were quite heavy, but within an hour we had fully packed up our van and we were ready to drive all of these belongings to a local charity shops in Tipton. We locked up the house and posted the keys through the letterbox as we had been instructed to do so by our client.
Disposal of Contents
All of the items in the house, including the books, furniture and bric a brac were in a very good condition so we were able to take all of them to a number of charity shops in Tipton who were very happy to receive them.
