House Clearance Huyton Merseyside

This week we were contacted by a couple who were upscaling to a new property. Their new house was over a 100 miles away and they wanted to buy completely new furniture for it, so they asked us to clear and clean their old house so that they could get it on the property market as soon as possible. They also asked us if we would take a few items of furniture to a relative’s house nearby in Huyton, which we agreed to do.

We arrived at the property, a two bedroom terrace house in the quiet neighbourhood of Huyton at 9am, ready to begin straight away. We had picked the keys up from our clients relative earlier that morning, so we were able to let ourselves into the property and assess what work needed to be done. Upon inspection, we discovered that there were several items of furniture in each of the rooms and that all of these were in a good condition. So we decided to clear them all out and take them to a local charity shop in Huyton. Making sure not to bang into the walls or damage the fixtures and fittings, we carefully removed all of the furniture, packing it securely into one of our Luton vans. We were then left with the few items of furniture that our clients wanted us to take to their relatives house in Huyton. We removed this carefully and secured it in another of our vans and then two members of our team set off to drive these items to the charity shop and our clients relative’s house respectively. With the house now clear, it was time to get started on the cleaning. The property was not in a bad condition beyond the usual layers of dirt and grease that accumulate everyday. Armed with cleaning products, mops and a hoover, we cleaned, scrubbed and dusted the house from top to bottom, quickly returning it to its original state. Within two hours we had finished the job and we were ready to lock up the house, posting the keys through the letterbox as our client had requested.

As all of the furniture was in a good condition, we were able to take it all to a local charity shop in Huyton, except for the few items of furniture that we delivered to their relative’s house.

Our clients were very pleased with the level of service that we provided and informed us that they would use our services again if necessary.
