Job Description

We were appointed to clear a 2 bedroom house, the garden and a garden shed in Enfield London, our client was a young professional male who had lived at the property for five years but he told us he met a woman over a year ago who lives closer to his job in Enfield and they have decided that it makes more economic sense that he moves in with her as they plan to get married next year and as his girlfriends house was larger and had a garden it would be better for the future. He told us that he had taken everything that he could and the rest of the property was to be cleared as he had no more room and wanted to let the property. The job was completed in under 4 hours.

Disposal of Contents

There was still a lot of items in the property in good working order such as a new weight bench with weights, chest freezer, bikes, dining table and chairs, computer and printer etc. so we took these to a local charity shop in Enfield first then continued to clear the house of everything else, which we took to a recycling station in Enfield.
