A distraught client called us one morning with a tale of woe. She owned a three bedroomed semi-detached house in Crayford which she had been renting out. Her last set of tenants had moved out, and she had experienced some difficulty in finding new ones. The owner had given us the keys and we arrived at 8am to make a start on the job. We cleared the house of a considerable amount of rubbish which included bottles, old magazines and newspapers, pizza boxes, discarded clothing and miscellaneous junk. Then we removed most of the furniture which was damaged beyond repair. Sadly there was little left that could be used again.

Once we’d cleared the house we set to work with industrial cleaning equipment and thoroughly sanitised the place from top to bottom. By mid-afternoon, we’d finished the job ahead of schedule and the house was returned to a civilised state.

Unfortunately, none of the items we cleared from the property were suitable to give to local charities and were taken to the local recycling station in Crayford.
