What we clear

We can clear a house fully and remove items that you specify, such as carpets, cookers, curtains, clothes, washing machines, furniture and junk.

We also clear lofts and attics, cellars, sheds, conservatories, out-houses, garages. (As part of a full clearance)

If you want, we can also clean the property to help improve its rental or selling appeal.

Do you need to be present?

If you cannot attend, we can pick keys up at a suitable place and we can work with your neighbour, solicitor or estate agent.

Documentation supplied

We will provide you with your own invoice which includes our business and tax details.

If you wish, we can also provide you with a waste-transfer note and/or waste-disposal receipt.

How soon can we clear the house?

We can usually arrive at your door within one or two days of receiving the go-ahead.

Getting a quote

We just need to know a few simple details, such as the location and size of your property, rough idea of items to be cleared, and if you want anything very large or unusual to be removed, such as a piano, car or motorbike.
