Job description: We were appointed to clear and clean a 2 bedroom semi-detached property in Fulwell, Sunderland, Tyne and Wear. The hallway and staircase carpets also needed removed as did the end of life van on the driveway, which was blocking the garage. We brought in a car recovery company to take away the van to be scrapped, removing tools and things that belonged to the family before it was towed away.

In the property we removed all the items that were labeled to be removed and cleaned the house afterwards. This included vacuuming all remaining carpets, dusting, wiping over skirting boards, sweeping and then mopping the floors, fully cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, before disinfecting everything. The job was completed in under 3 hours.
