Job description: We were appointed to clear a small 1 bedroom flat in Kendal on behalf of a landlord who needed the property cleared to let out to new tenants. We were ordered to clear the kitchen of all contents such as food, kitchenware, cooker, washer, fridge, microwave and freezer. In the bedroom we removed two bed mattresses, a wardrobe and various bits of junk where as in the living room we were ordered to remove a 3 seater sofa, a TV and TV unit, a table, a fire and fire surround, and again various other bits of junk. Following the clearance we cleaned the property as requested by the customer, vacuuming carpets, cleaning woodwork and kitchen top surfaces as well as the bathroom suite. The job was completed in under 2 hours.
