were appointed by a landlord to clean and carry out some small minor repairs to
a large 3 bedroom property in Lansdowne Gardens, Jesmond, Newcastle. We had to
repair a hole in one of the walls and plaster over it, fix a new drain pipe to
the waste water outlet, unblock the drain itself and re-mount a damaged radiator
to the wall before giving the house a full and thorough clean. All floors and
woodwork surfaces were cleaned, all carpets were vacuumed, the kitchen, bathroom
and shower-room was fully cleaned and so too were the windows. The job was completed
in under 2.5 hours.
