Occasionally we will do free house clearances.

Occasionally we will clear a property for free, if there are items in the property we can sell, when we say items we can sell we do not mean modern items like washing machines, freezers, beds etc.

We will clear a property for free if there are Antique and Collectible items in the property which we can sell to cover our staff wages, tipping fees, fuel cost etc.

Look at the photos of the property below, we cleared this property for free as we were able to sell a lot of the items from the house.

The property below was an extreme case as there were over 25 rooms to clear and over 30 ton of rubbish to clear from the property and outbuildings. The property took 3 weeks to clear.
